In this tight housing market, sellers will likely encounter a number of offers when they put their home up for sale. Great news, right?
Well, getting multiple offers is one thing - but determining which offer to accept - is quite another. Sellers should lean on their real estate agent for assistance and advice when deciding which offer will best meet your needs. And remember, the highest offer may not actually be the best one. Think about factors such as inspections, appraisals, contingencies and other requests the buyer may have before the deal is ultimately final and headed to a smooth closing.
